Claris of Vindus

Claris is a human female in her early thirties standing 5'7", and 125 lbs.

She has straight dark black hair, cropped fairly short and slicked back behind her ears. The hood of her cloak typically covers restless gray eyes that constantly dart about in an effort to take in new information.

Her features are sharp, her form hard and flexible. She speaks calmly, and slowly, but not necessarily quietly. She wears plain gray robes and simply wrought silver jewelry: a silver band on each wrist, two silver earrings in her left ear. Around her ankle, she wears a chain with three small iron bells.

Claris believes that words, thoughts, and actions are all expressions of the soul. Since one's soul should be bared to no one but Vindus, Claris' actions and words follow a simple precept: "waste nothing".

Efficiency is her hallmark; her speech and her movements are quick and precise. She's impatient, willful, superior, defiant and judgmental.

Since the birth of her daughter, she's a little more likely to smile, or even laugh, but make no mistake: if Claris is on a mission, she brings the same gravity of purpose she's always had.

And she's always on a mission.
