Tao is moderatly attractive, but not when compared to the other women in the party. She is incredibly rugged looking with a crooked nose reminding her of all the times she broke it growing up in the elven forest.

She is 33 years old and has solid Green eyes (no white at all) which glow when Galanna is speaking through her (when Galanna woke her up for the invasion on the comfy castle her room was alight with a green glow eminating from her eyes).

While built like a solid oak tree she is much more agile than expected. She enjoys wearing Sigilian outfits from time to time (spikes, pointy bits, leather, and little faces on the buckles) but always has on her Elven chain mail which was a gift from her Grandmother and her slippers (Mirata's Slippers of Water Walking).

Her major fashion accessories are weapons and a unicorn pendant. Her helm is shaped like a unicorn's head, with a mithral horn. Tao has three long swords visible and a bow over her shoulder with a look in her eyes of both compassion and don't make me hurt you.

She started out a redhead, looking a lot like Joanne Whaley-Kilmer in Willow. After duergar cut off her long braid, she kept her hair short; after the evil skaven monk T'Cri shaved her head in revenge, she stayed bald; and after she was killed by the trillith and brought back to life by Velendo, her hair has been blond. Phew! She is covered with scars and is astonishingly strong, although not overly bulky. Her eyes have been a solid green ever since she became a divine agent.

Tao has become a Knight of the Horn, an almost-extinct order of Holy warriors of her nature Goddess. As such, she has the ability to shapeshift into a unicorn, and she works to organize the order once again.

Originally a giant-killer, Tao now spends less time at her ranger academy and more time with her priestly duties. She has a variety of pets, including a riding lizard, a ferret, and a war-dog.

She usually resents being the party's front-line fighter (or "damage sponge"), but she tolerates it with good grace. In another shocking display of squirrel bias, Tao's father was killed by a diseased squirrel bite, and she still harbors somewhat of a grudge.

Tao really started out as a combat-oriented character, but her whole focus has changed. In the intervening years, her player has become more interested in spellcasting, so we've worked to stress her clerical side instead of her ranger abilities. It's been a really nice shift. She's also had it tough: two deaths, shaving and branding by an enemy (who stole all her magic items and gave them away to the poor), and the breaking off of a proposed marriage by her much younger fiancé.
